Choose Your Platform

Step 1

Purchase Your eSIM Plan

Select and purchase your desired eSIM plan from Nebula eSIM

  • Browse available plans on our website
  • Select the plan that matches your needs
  • Complete the purchase process
  • You'll receive a QR code via email

Connect to Wi-Fi

Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network

  • Connect to a reliable Wi-Fi network
  • Avoid using mobile data during installation
  • Ensure strong signal strength
  • Keep your device charged (at least 50%)
Step 3

Open Settings

Navigate to your iPhone's cellular settings

  • Open the Settings app
  • Tap on 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data'
  • Look for 'Add Cellular Plan' option
  • If you don't see this option, your device may not support eSIM
Step 4

Scan QR Code

Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code

  • Tap 'Add Cellular Plan'
  • Point your camera at the QR code
  • Wait for the code to be recognized
  • Alternatively, you can enter details manually

Configure Your Plan

Set up your eSIM plan preferences

  • Choose a label for your new plan (e.g., 'Travel', 'Work')
  • Select which line to use for data
  • Choose your default line for calls and messages
  • Configure cellular data switching if needed

Activation Complete

Your eSIM is now ready to use

  • Wait for activation (usually takes 1-15 minutes)
  • Check for network signal bars
  • Test your data connection
  • You can now use your eSIM plan

Important Notes

  • Make sure your device is eSIM compatible before purchasing
  • Keep your device connected to Wi-Fi during the entire process
  • QR codes can only be used once - don't share them with others
  • If installation fails, contact support before trying again
  • Your device should have at least 50% battery during installation

  • Hold the device steady and at proper distance
  • Try entering the details manually instead

No Network Signal?
